Alas ought I
To stop eating
And try to become the light?'

A break from broken images.

for an update.
and a little venting this evening.

Once again our family of three packs our life into boxes and moves to another home. Whitefield to Indiranagar (oh no I've revealed my location to serpents and stalkers. Sigh!)
the 10th house in 11 years of breathing in this city.
I crave stability. Physical stability if nothing else.
My room. "The lions den"
was like a rainbow. I had fairy lights hanging from the ceiling like stars made of colours that were always on.
I've had a blue wall, an ochre wall and finally a plum wall.
All painted with me two hands.. There were papier mache mexican dolls that I made sitting all around me. Posters. Paintings. Lyrics.
The handprints of friends and lovers.
pieces of broken mirrors on the walls reflecting the light.
pieces of the ocean (shells.testubes of sand).
My little carnival of souls and squiggly worms!
SIGH!

Ofcourse one can recreate it and all but its so damn frustrating.
I'm tired of losing homes and I'm tired of losing people.
Gah!
though indiranagar promises to do wonders for my social life,I am annoyed.
:(:(
